2021 Choice Pinot Noir

CHOICE wines are bottled in partnership with Minocqua Brewing Company, we created CHOICE Pinot Noir to support a woman's fundamental right to make her own personal and private health care decisions.

TASTNG NOTES
Aromas of mocha and bing cherry lead to fruit forward flavors of black cherry, blueberry, and plum. A wonderful balance of Russian River Valley fruit and integrated French Oak flavors linger on the palate. The result is a very elegant and enjoyable Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley.

VINIFICATION
Following a five day cold soak, the grapes were yeasted and open-top tank fermented at cool temperatures. Multiple daily punch downs allowed for color and flavor extraction. The must was then pressed to barrel for 10 months in 100% French oak. 56 cases produced

VINEYARD LOCATION
The grapes for this wine come from two well known Russian River Valley vineyards in Sebastopol, California.
