Beer shipping is subject to state laws and supplier restrictions, so availability depends on your delivery location.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship beer to the following states:
Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Utah, Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, South Dakota, Wyoming, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We’re actively working to expand availability—please check back for updates.
Order & Delivery Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) 4-packs is required at checkout
- You must be 21+ to purchase
- A valid ID and adult signature are required upon delivery (no exceptions)

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track it anytime by logging into your account, going to My Orders, and clicking the tracking link next to your order.

If part of your order is missing, please check your shipping confirmation email—items may arrive in separate shipments. Many of our products are fulfilled by different suppliers within our collective, so they can ship independently.
If all items were expected to arrive together, or if anything seems off, please contact us at support@minocquamarketplace.com with your order number. We’ll look into it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We understand your frustration with shipping costs on The Minocqua Marketplace.
Unfortunately we don't have huge warehouses all over the country where we can keep products from a bunch of different shops to localize shipping and minimize costs (like Amazon).
All of our shop owners/makers pack and ship their individual products and have to charge individual shipping rates.

Minocqua Marketplace works with a network of independent suppliers and brands. Because of this, shipping times, costs, and methods may vary depending on the items in your order.
Order Processing
Each supplier processes and ships orders directly. Processing times typically range from 1–5 business days, but may vary by brand.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates and delivery options are determined by each supplier and are calculated at checkout. Some suppliers may offer:
- Flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping promotions
- Expedited shipping options
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by supplier, location, and shipping method selected. Once an item has shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Yes, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on the supplier. Since many of our products are fulfilled by different suppliers within our collective, shipping methods and delivery speeds are set at their discretion.
How long does shipping take for APO/FPO addresses?
How long does shipping take for APO/FPO addresses?
APO/FPO shipments typically take 10–21 business days to arrive. Transit times may be longer than standard domestic shipping due to military mail processing.

I noticed the shipping address on my order is wrong. What should I do?
Please email us at support@minocquamarketplace.com and provide your order # and the correct shipping address. As long as fulfillment hasn’t already begun, we should be able to update the address prior to shipping.
