Return & Refund Policy
All Minocqua Brewing Company products have a 30-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery of your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, contact us at support@minocquamarketplace.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to mail your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — we do not provide return shipping labels. Items returned without pre-approval will not be accepted. Supplier Products
Many items in our store are fulfilled by independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. For these products, return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by the individual supplier's return and exchange policy, which may differ from our own. When you contact us to start a return, we'll identify whether your item is a supplier product or a Minocqua Brewing Company product, and provide you with the applicable return instructions for that particular item.
Quality Control Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item/size/color/style. For supplier-fulfilled items, we will coordinate with the store on your behalf.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Supplier products may have additional non-returnable item restrictions per their own store policies.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your return in the condition agreed to above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For supplier-fulfilled products, refund timing may vary depending on that supplier's process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've received your return, please contact us at support@minocquamarketplace.com.
