2022 Instigator Cabernet

This limited edition Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyards located between 2,200 - 2,800 ft. elevation on Pine Mountain, making for a high elevation wine of great depth and character. This wine features flavors of dark fruits, coco, tobacco and earthy notes. A full bodied red with a lengthy finish.  

Aged in French Oak barrels for 30 months, it has been aged in bottle for the last 4 months.

This bottling honors the late John Arthur, who challenged people to do things they never considered possible and to leave the world a better place.  John was a friend to all, a stranger to no one, and the husband to Jim Obergefell. Their love, their marriage was the heart of the Supreme Court Marriage Equality Decision in 2015.
