Akobo Handwoven Ethiopian Cotton Throw Pillow

The Fair Trade, eco friendly Akobo cushion is a true celebration of Ethiopian weaving expertise. Using the traditional 'pick up' technique, the weavers patiently separate the warp threads in order to create the pattern. The design is on both the front and back of the cushion with an invisible zipper closure. These pillows are also fully lined for durability. The cushions come with the inserts, so they are ready to use when you get them home. They are named after the Akobo river which runs through Ethiopia.
