Cardinal Couple on a Branch Metal Sculpture

Transform your backyard while bringing a little love with this unique tree sculpture shaped like a couple of canoodling cardinals. We think there’s something romantic going on between these two lovebirds, but experts say beak-to-beak action between cardinals is just feeding, not kissing. Handcrafted from repurposed oil drums, our artisan partners hand cut, flatten the metal and apply a protective coat of lacquer to achieve this beautiful design. Use a couple of nails/screws to secure it to a tree or post.

• CARE: once installed, it is recommended to spray with a clear lacquer once or twice a year, as prolonged exposure to the elements will cause rust. 

These recycled steel sculptures come with a weather-proof finish, but over time it wears away and rusting can occur. If you wish to retain its original patina, simply apply a coat of spray-on enamel regularly.
