A truly simple yet one of a kind blend led by organic peppermint leaf. We use a unique peppermint leaf, the result of high-mountain growing conditions that stress the plant and concentrate its compounds (not unlike high mountain teas). The mint is heavily influenced by the terroir of the Pacific Northwest, distinct from middle eastern or Chinese peppermint.

High Mountain Mint delivers a focused mint sensation. The peppermint, blended with a touch of organic lemongrass, steeps up a burnt orange tea in the cup with a refreshing coolness that gives way to a sweet aroma of mint chocolate and a lingering winter cool and calm.
