Small
Size Small is primarily chosen by younger users and can make an excellent teen cup.
If you are considering Small because of a light flow, remember that the diameter must still be wide enough to create a comfortable, reliable seal.
Medium
Size Medium is a popular choice for users of all ages who have not given birth vaginally.
Do not choose Medium based only on light flow. Make sure the diameter is sufficient to create a secure seal.
Large
